What’s included in the service?
If there’s one thing we’ve learned from 25 years of farm mapping, it’s that every farm is different! So, get in touch to have a chat about your farm and any unique requirements you might have, and we can customize a package just for you.
Typically, this may include:
- One-on-one consultation (via video call) with one of our expert mappers to understand and map your farm.
- Magnetic dry-erase board up to 4' x 6'
- Tear-off map notepads
- Up to five data-specific digital maps
- Digital map in Shapefile format, compatible with farm management software
There are also a range of optional add-ons you can purchase, including fridge magnet maps, peal-and-stick vinyl maps, additional data layers, heavy duty boards and more.
Can you map farms anywhere in the USA?
Yes, we map farms all across the USA, and even internationally!

How much of my time is required?
Your time commitment is usually no more than 1-2 hours of undistracted attention from your most knowledgeable farmer in a single session. This will vary depending on the size and complexity of the property.
What types of farms do you map?
Any and every type of ranch and farm be it dairy, cattle, sheep, cropping, orchard, or even medicinal herbs
We also map properties such as golf courses, universities, nature preserves, or parks — if we can see it on a satellite image, we can map it!
How long will it take to map my farm?
Depending on our workload and your availability, we’re generally able to kick off the first consultation within ten business days.
We then aim to send you a digital version of your map for approval five business days after that, and with your wall-mounted map being delivered ten business days after artwork approval.
We aim to have the whole process completed within thirty business days.
How much do I need to pay upfront?
Nothing! You won’t be invoiced until the mapping work has been completed, after which you’ll then have seven days to pay.
